We feel strongly that a dancer's success in the studio is rooted in the training of inspiring teachers, motivating each dancer to grow to their fullest potential. Whether a student decides to go on to dance professionally or simply dances for the joy of it, we want to nurture each individual's set of goals. Meghan Camilletti
Director & Founder
Meghan Camilletti is a professional Dancer and an experienced Instructor and Choreographer. Meghan graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in Dance and Theatre. Growing up along the east coast, she has had the privilege of training with professionals from Paul Taylor Company, Alvin Ailey, and Steps on Broadway. Meghan began her career as a Dancer & Performer with Walt Disney World, Orlando FL. Afterwards, she traveled to Chicago, where she opened a successful Dance Studio in 2009, Stretch Dance Studio, and partnered with Chicago School as the After School Dance Director, creating enrichment dance classes for children as positive outreach. Shortly after moving to Miami, Meghan established MC Dance Miami in 2014 as a place to elevate the spirit of young talent in the area. Developing a comprehensive and creative curriculum, her dance programs also serve several Miami private schools across Coral Gables, Pinecrest, and Palmetto Bay neighborhoods, such as Alexander Montessori School, Palmer Trinity School, Christ Fellowship Academy, and St. Philip’s Episcopal School. Meghan is recognized with many prestigious awards for her choreography and performances. Spending many years researching and implementing the intuitive healing connection between wellness and dance, Mrs. Camilletti has dedicated herself to the art of educating and strives to enrich each dancer with positive direction, promoting a healthy and happy studio atmosphere. She carries an organic, free-flow movement style with her into the studio and radiates positive energy to her students to help pull them out of their comfort zone all while welcoming them home at the same time.

Stacy Jackson
Hip Hop, Jazz, & Company Level Instructor
Stacy Jackson is a current student at New World School of the Arts, pursuing her BA in Dance. Stacy began dancing at an early age, training at the the Miami Conservatory, school Dance Team, and as part of the Girl's L.E.A.D. dance and etiquette program. Through her career, she began choreographing for pageants and events, and has worked alongside the Miami City Ballet during their summer audition intensives as well as their annual winter Nutcracker productions. Currently, she is a dancer with the professional Caribbean/Hip Hop Miami-based team, Karizma Dancers. Stacy believes that through the arts we can uplift and inspire each other to find our passions, master our talents, and use our platforms to help others. She is thrilled to work with the talented dancers at MC Dance Miami as the Hip Hop and jazz Instructor entering into her 6th year at the studio!
Camille Cummings
Contemporary, Jazz, & Company-Level Instructor
Camille Cummings graduated from Wake Forest University, in North Carolina, with a BA in Politics & International Affairs and Philosophy, where she served as choreographer and artistic director for the Kappa Delta sorority charity line dance events. Her love of the performing arts began at her home away from home, Petite Players - a musical theatre studio for young girls in Tallahassee, Florida. She began dancing with Tallahassee Dance Academy at the age of 3 and joined the competitive teams in high school, where she also served as assistant director in productions. Ms. Camille shares her love of drama and dance with the students of MC Dance Miami, works to facilitate a positive and enriching environment, and is beyond excited to be joining the MC Dance Miami family for her 4th year at the studio!
Sarah Lutzky
Ballet Instructor
Sarah Lutzky grew up dancing in Los Angeles, CA. She received the majority of her pre-professional training from Degas Dance Studio, where she trained under the artistic direction of Anacia Weiskittel in a variety of styles. In 2020, Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a minor in Cinema Studies from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she studied under some of NYC and the world’s best such as Jeremy Nelson, Pamela Pietro, Rashaun Mitchell, Jolinda Menendez, and Oliver Steele, and had the privilege to perform works by Wayne McGregor and Sidra Bell. Sarah was a 2023 ETD New Choreographer Grant recipient, a member of Arsenal Movement Dance Project from 2021 through 2024, has presented her work at Spoke the Hub, Martha Graham Studios, The Tank NYC, Chez Bushwick, and The Jack Crystal Theater, and is involved in an ongoing collaboration with musical artist Socha. Sarah is the founder and Artistic Director of her own dance collective where she creates avant-garde contemporary performance and media. Ms. Sarah is thrilled to join the MC Dance Miami team and share her love of dance with the students.
Sofia Ortega
Theater, Music, & Jazz Instructor
Sofia Ortega is a multifaceted artist and educator. She is a graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, where she holds a BFA in Drama with a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies. Originally from Miami, her artistic journey began at age 10 with Broadway Musical Theatre in Key Biscayne, where she discovered her love for acting, singing, and dancing. Sofia has directed and choreographed numerous summer intensive workshops and offers lessons in voice, dance (including Tap, Musical Theatre, and Jazz). Beyond teaching, Sofia is also a skilled costume designer, leveraging her strong foundation in the visual arts. Design credits include Area Stage's acclaimed productions of Lionel Bart’s Oliver!, Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Anastasia, The Addams Family: Young@Part, and Frozen Jr. Ms. Sofia looks forward to nurturing the aspiring artists of MC Dance Miami to help them achieve their full potential.
Lauren Horgan
Jazz, Ballroom, & Theater Instructor
Lauren Horgan is overjoyed to be returning to MC Dance Miami. Lauren’s journey with MC Dance started back in 2018 as the Theatre and Ballroom instructor moving along to teach for the competition team. A Miami Native, Lauren graduated with a BA in Theatre Performance from Florida International University. Lauren most recently was on the Broadway National Tour of On Your Feet! The Story of Emilio and Gloria Estefan as the Gloria Estefan understudy. She also is a background vocalist for Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine. Lauren has performed in Regional Theatres all throughout South Florida such as Actors’ Playhouse, Slow Burn Theatre Company, and The Wick Theatre. Her passion for the stage is what she hopes to share with anyone who joins the MC Dance Miami family.
Kindra Johnson
Beginner-Advanced Acro and Preschool Instructor
Kindra Johnson graduated top of her class from Utah Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dance. She started dancing when she was 3 throughout her training was awarded many opportunities to compete at the national level. She found many successes choreographing and teaching in St. George, Utah with a wide variety of studios and companies. She also discovered her love of aerial arts which she followed upon graduation. Ms. Kindra embarked on a yearlong residency program at the New England Center of Circus Arts (NECCA) where she honed and professionalized her skills of dance trapeze, silks, and more. Ms. K is thrilled to be sharing her passion and knowledge with such talented dancers at MC Dance Miami!
Madison Diaz-Quintero
Jazz & Lyrical Instructor
Madison has been dancing since the age of three and brings nearly two decades of training and performance experience to the studio. She competitively trained extensively in ballet, contemporary, modern, lyrical, jazz, and hip hop styles, and in high school, she was a dedicated member of both the cheer and dance teams, further developing her versatility and stage presence. Here, she also choreographed her own graduating piece—a highlight of her creative and academic journey. She was accepted into the prestigious BFA Dance program at the University of Florida, where she continued her training at a collegiate level. Madison has a strong background in teaching and is passionate about helping dancers grow both technically and artistically. With her strong technical background, creative vision, and love for teaching, Madison is thrilled to bring her experience and energy to our studio and is looking forward to an incredible season with all of our dancers!
Sofia Salerno
Preschool Dance Instructor
Sofia Salerno is a graduate from Coral Reef Senior High and is currently studying Communications and Media at Miami Dade College. Ms. Sofi’s passion for dance began at age 3, when she began her training in a variety of styles including ballet, hip hop, and contemporary. As a teacher, her goal is to create a positive, energetic space where students feel supported, safe, and inspired. In her experience, she truly believes that teachers play a big role in helping students remain excited about dance and to grow their passion over time. Her primary goal as an Instructor is to help dancers grow both in skill and confidence. Ms. Sofi is ecstatic to join the MC Dance teaching team, and cannot wait to start this journey with the students of MCDM!
