At MC Dance Miami, we believe that dance should be uplifting! It is our mission to teach our students the art of dance. We feel strongly that a dancer's success in the studio is rooted in the training of inspiring teachers, motivating each dancer to grow to their fullest potential. Whether a student decides to go on to dance professionally or simply dances for the joy of it, we want to nurture each individual's set of goals. We encourage self-confidence and artistry, because every dancer has their own unique journey. At MC Dance, you will find a welcoming atmosphere that inspires creativity and promotes healthy and happy dancers. Dance Faculty

Meghan Camilletti

Director & Founder

Meghan Camilletti is a professional Dancer and an experienced Instructor and Choreographer. Meghan graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in Dance and Theatre.  Growing up along the east coast, she has had the privilege of training with professionals from Paul Taylor Company, Alvin Ailey, and Steps on Broadway. Meghan began her career as a Dancer & Performer with Walt Disney World, Orlando FL. Afterwards, she traveled to Chicago, where she opened a successful Dance Studio in 2009, Stretch Dance Studio, and partnered with Chicago School as the After School Dance Director, creating enrichment dance classes for children as positive outreach.  Shortly after moving to Miami, Meghan established MC Dance Miami in 2014 as a place to elevate the spirit of young talent in the area.   Developing a comprehensive and creative curriculum, her dance programs also serve several Miami private schools across Coral Gables, Pinecrest, and Palmetto Bay neighborhoods, such as Alexander Montessori School, Palmer Trinity School, Christ Fellowship Academy, and St. Philip’s Episcopal School.  Meghan is recognized with many prestigious awards for her choreography and performances. Spending many years researching and implementing the intuitive healing connection between wellness and dance, Mrs. Camilletti has dedicated herself to the art of educating and strives to enrich each dancer with positive direction, promoting a healthy and happy studio atmosphere. She carries an organic, free-flow movement style with her into the studio and radiates positive energy to her students to help pull them out of their comfort zone all while welcoming them home at the same time.

Stacy Jackson

Hip Hop & Jazz Instructor

Stacy Jackson is a current student at New World School of the Arts, pursuing her BA in Dance. Stacy began dancing at an early age, training at the the Miami Conservatory, school Dance Team, and as part of the Girl's L.E.A.D. dance and etiquette program. Through her career, she began choreographing for pageants and events, and has worked alongside the Miami City Ballet during their summer audition intensives as well as their annual winter Nutcracker productions. Currently, she is a dancer with the professional Caribbean/Hip Hop Miami-based team, Karizma Dancers. Stacy believes that through the arts we can uplift and inspire each other to find our passions, master our talents, and use our platforms to help others. She is thrilled to work with the talented dancers at MC Dance Miami as the Hip Hop and jazz Instructor entering into her 5th year at the studio!

Taylor Flood

Ballet Instructor

Taylor Flood is a professional dancer and model. Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, and a graduate of Pinellas County Center for the Arts in '14, Taylor earned a BFA in ballet from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in 2018. Following graduation, Taylor worked in NYC, contributing to Joffrey Ballet School’s year-round Trainee Program from 2018 to 2022 and taking the stage with a small contemporary ballet company. In 2020 Taylor moved to México City, with New Icon Model Agency, working with renowned names like Marc Jacobs, New York and Company, and Redken. Ms. Taylor is so excited to be on faculty with MC Dance Miami as Ballet Instructor for pre school-advanced levels.

Camille Cummings

Contemporary, Jazz, & Theater Instructor

Camille Cummings graduated from Wake Forest University, in North Carolina, with a BA in Politics & International Affairs and Philosophy, where she served as choreographer and artistic director for the Kappa Delta sorority charity line dance events. Her love of the performing arts began at her home away from home, Petite Players - a musical theatre studio for young girls in Tallahassee, Florida. She began dancing with Tallahassee Dance Academy at the age of 3 and joined the competitive teams in high school, where she also served as assistant director in productions.  Ms. Camille is beyond excited to be joining the MC Dance Miami family and looks forward to sharing her love of drama and dance with the students of MC Dance Miami and will work to facilitate a positive and enriching environment.

Paulina Zambrana

Ballet Instructor Preschool-Advanced

Paulina Zambrana, born in Miami, began dancing at the age of seven and has studied Balanchine, Vaganova, and Cuban techniques. She has attended multiple summer intensives, including Miami City Ballet, Carolina Ballet, Philadelphia Ballet, and Sarasota Cuban Ballet School. Ms. Zambrana has had the pleasure of performing in galas at the Youth American Grand Prix and the Miami International Ballet Competition and is currently a dancer with Dimensions Dance Theater of Miami. She has performed several ballets including Don Quixote pas de deux, Light Rain by Gerald Arpino, Fiebre by Vicente Nebrada, and many more. Ms. Paulina looks forward to sharing her passion for dance with the students at MC Dance Miami.

Lauren Horgan

Jazz, Ballroom, & Theater Instructor

Lauren Horgan is overjoyed to be returning to MC Dance Miami. Lauren’s journey with MC Dance started back in 2018 as the Theatre and Ballroom instructor moving along to teach for the competition team. A Miami Native, Lauren graduated with a BA in Theatre Performance from Florida International University. Lauren most recently was on the Broadway National Tour of On Your Feet! The Story of Emilio and Gloria Estefan as the Gloria Estefan understudy. She also is a background vocalist for Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine. Lauren has performed in Regional Theatres all throughout South Florida such as Actors’ Playhouse, Slow Burn Theatre Company, and The Wick Theatre. Her passion for the stage is what she hopes to share with anyone who joins the MC Dance Miami family.

Kindra Johnson

Beginner-Advanced Acro and Preschool Instructor

Kindra Johnson graduated top of her class from Utah Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dance. She started dancing when she was 3 throughout her training was awarded many opportunities to compete at the national level. She found many successes choreographing and teaching in St. George, Utah with a wide variety of studios and companies. She also discovered her love of aerial arts which she followed upon graduation. Ms. Kindra embarked on a yearlong residency program at the New England Center of Circus Arts (NECCA) where she honed and professionalized her skills of dance trapeze, silks, and more. Ms. K is thrilled to be sharing her passion and knowledge with such talented dancers at MC Dance Miami!

Kora Besteman

Ballet, Contemporary, Modern Summer Instructor

Kora Besteman began dancing at the age of three at the Grand Rapids Ballet in Michigan. She has attended many summer intensives, including Grand Rapids Ballet, the American Ballet Theatre, Next Generation Ballet, and Miami City Ballet. In 2017, Kora moved to Miami, Florida, where she attended the New World School of the Arts under the direction of Jeffrey Lloyd Smith, Rebecca Cannan, Karin Bejerano, Gentry George, and Hiroko Sakakibara-Silva. There, Kora performed in multiple works, including those of Gerard Ebitz and Alvin Ailey’s Kanji Segawa. While at New World, Kora also trained under Marielena Mencia and Jennifer Kronenberg. Currently, Kora is pursuing her BFA in Dance at the University of Florida along with a degree in Media, Production Management, and Technology. Kora is beyond excited to join the MC Dance Miami family and share her passion for dance with the next generation of dancers!

Allyson Stuart

Preschool, Jazz, & Tap Instructor

Allyson began her dance training at the age of 3 years old in her hometown of Long Island, New York. She trained in tap, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, and ballet as a member of Oceanside Dance Center's national competition team. Growing up she attended numerous conventions and spent her summer with the junior training program at New York City's renowned Broadway Dance Center. As a dancer and leader within her studio community, she spent 20+ hours a week in classes and in later years began her teaching journey both in New York and Wisconsin. Allyson recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Consumer Behavior and Marketplace studies as well as with certificates in Dance: where she studied traditional contemporary and ballet techniques. Allyson is currently attending law school at the University of Miami. Ms. Allyson cannot wait to start this journey with MC Dance!
