Studio Policies:

Refund Policy: All tuition is non-refundable. There is a $25 registration fee added into your tuition each semester, which is nonrefundable.

Order Confirmation: Once checkout is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Policy: We do not accept returns for any merchandise purchased through our website, as each item is personalized and cannot be returned.

Cancellation Policy: MC Dance Miami reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any class due to lack of enrollment. Instructors are subject to change without notice.

Private and semi-private lessons must be cancelled 24 hours in advance; otherwise the student will be charged for the session.

Late Pick-Up Fee: At the end of every class, the teachers will wait with the dancers for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, any dancer that attends Alexander Montessori School during the day will be taken to their after-care, where they can be picked up at the other side of the school at the ramp.

• If aftercare is unavailable a $10 late fee will be charged for children who are picked up 15 minutes past their class end time. A $10 charge will be applied for every additional 5 minutes you are late. (ie): If a dancer is picked up 20 minutes late, there will be a $20 late fee applied.

Make up classes will be offered if class is cancelled except in the case of government shut downs, weather, or Act of God. There is no refund for missed classes by the student for any reason. Make up classes will not be offered for absences related to COVID-19 or illness. Each semester’s classes includes 2 free make up classes built into your tuition.

Costumes: Each class participating in the end-of-season show will have a non-refundable costume fee added to your tuition upon registration. Costume sizing is determined based off of measurements taken at the start of the semester. All costume sizes are final and will not be exchanged or returned for any reason. Costumes are yours to keep unless otherwise specified.

COVID-19 policy: No refund will be offered to any student that needs to quarantine away from the studio for any reason. In the event the entire class needs to quarantine away from the studio, the class will be moved onto a virtual platform via zoom for that given quarantine period. Masks are optional and are not required for students or teachers.
